My visits are about 3 to 4 hours and begin with deep listening, problem-solving, meeting facilitation or joyful sharing or all of it!  My visit ends with a soothing body and energy work with essential oils (if you choose).  By the time I leave, your loved ones are heard, and understood, have a plan if they need one and are deeply relaxed, if, for even just one day, it will make a difference.
